Rediscover yourself & your why

My focus is to support healing from trauma through compassionate trauma-informed psychotherapy that integrates the restorative possibilities of nature. I offer a collaborative, inclusive space where clients can build a sense of safety, reconnect with themselves and the natural world, and strengthen their capacity for choice, connection, and growth. Guided by each person’s needs, preferences, and pace, I honor the many paths toward healing.

ECOTHERAPY

Ecotherapy is a broad term for therapeutic approaches that intentionally incorporate a person’s relationship with nature to support mental and emotional well-being. It may include outdoor psychotherapy, gardening, nature-based mindfulness, or guided reflection. Activities can take place in everyday settings such as parks, gardens, or nearby green spaces.

WILDERNESS THERAPY

Wilderness therapy typically refers to structured treatment programs that combine psychotherapy with extended experiences in remote natural settings. Programs may incorporate hiking, camping, outdoor skills, and group activities alongside clinical care.
